As a game lover, the most exciting thing is playing games at home. Nobody disturbs us, just enjoy the games. However, buying the game disc is not the first choice for most people, most of us like to find and download some good game resources and make them into USB, just like Solia.
I am on Mac. I have a Seagate 1Tb external hd.
PSN: JohnnyShoulder. But now when I hook it up to my Mac to load video files, the Mac can't see it it asks if I want to initialize. I have erased the drive using disk utilities but really want to find a solution to do both.
I am also having difficulties. I then formatted the drive on the PS4 as external storage. Is there a way to do this?
Option 1: use the ps4 media player to play the converted mp4 movies
I have a ps4. One transfer media from my Mac to my external hard drive so I can view movies on my ps4. Any tips? External storage formatting is only for extending the available hdd volume for the PS4 OS to use for games and saves etc, so that won't work.
We are now in a world of people being offended for other people who they think should be offended, who arent offended.
Supported file types and codecs
Could one of you point me in the right direction here? JohnnyShoulder 's link for supported formats is useful - the PS4 doesn't handle as many formats as the PS3 did.
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. So reformatted the drive on the pS4 and now my mac wont recognise it.
Posts 1 to 5 of 5. Is the PS4 meant to be a media player at all?
